About Me
Howdy! My name is Emily and I’m the lady behind the lens here at Emily Elizabeth Equine. I’ve been riding horses since before I could walk and received my first camera when I was only 13 years old, and have been photographing the magic of these animals we love and the land they roam ever since. It was only natural that one day I would combine my two greatest loves, and Emily Elizabeth Equine is truly my whole heart.
After over a decade of honing my craft I now specialise in equine and rural lifestyle photography. Nothing brings me more joy than capturing those special moments for you, your four legged pals and your family. I always aim to capture images that are truly authentic and capture the heart and soul of the subjects in front of my lens, and that can be cherished for a lifetime.
When I’m not around horses or behind the camera, you can find me spending time with my partner, family and friends along with my sausage dog Tommy, baking to my hearts content, and watching way too much bull riding. I am also incredibly passionate about the rural lifestyle, the animals that live on the land (I’m slightly obsessed with cows), and the life that being in the country offers us. Surround me with rolling paddocks and all the livestock and I’ll be smiling ear to ear!
The storytelling aspect of photography is hugely important to me. I live for detailed, emotion filled shots and capturing the true essence of a moment. I hope to one day have the opportunity to create some incredibly special memories for you through my lens but until then, happy riding!
